Engr. Chinazor Okereke establishes Shelter Concepts Nigeria Ltd in Abuja, with a vision to deliver quality residential and commercial real estate in the FCT.
Canaan Estate Developed
The flagship Canaan Estate in Kafe District is developed — establishing SCN as one of Abuja's most reliable estate developers and building a strong homeowner community.
AEDA Established
Engr. Okereke founds and chairs the Abuja Estate Developers Association (AEDA), providing a regulatory and advocacy voice for FCT real estate developers.
Millennium Shelter & Expansion
Millennium Shelter is launched — broadening SCN's affordable housing offering. The company grows to a multi-billion naira concern with a wide client base.
Oakville Court — New Launch
Oakville Court is announced as SCN's newest premium residential estate, continuing the legacy of quality delivery and community building in Abuja.
REDAN Registration

Founder and MD/CEO of Shelter Concepts Nigeria Ltd since 1999. Pioneer and current Chairman, Board of Trustees, Abuja Estate Developers Association (AEDA). Under his leadership, SCNL has grown to a multi-billion naira concern and become the most trusted real estate brand in Abuja.

Uche Obilor
Lagos-based businessman with deep roots in the Port Harcourt oil servicing industry. A lawyer by profession, Mr. Obilor has provided accommodation and logistics services for major oil companies and their workers for nearly three decades.

Chief Herbert Okereke II
Seasoned Management Consultant with over 25 years of combined experience in management consulting, investment management, construction management, and entrepreneurship.
As ED (Admin & Marketing), he oversees and integrates the administration and marketing departments. Known for excellent organisational skills, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal leadership.
